We don’t collect anything about you. Our host still receives your IP address in order to serve the page, and this explains what happens to it.

What we collect
Nothing. There is no sign-up, no newsletter, no contact form, and no analytics. Nothing on this site sends information about you to us or to anyone else.
This is a choice, not a technical impossibility. Plenty of sites with no backend at all still track their visitors, using code that runs in your browser and reports elsewhere. We have chosen not to. We expect to add analytics at some point; when we do, this page will say what it is and what it records before it goes live, and the date at the top will change.
What your browser stores
One value, under the key units in localStorage: whether you chose metric or imperial. You set it yourself using the metric/imperial control, it identifies nobody, and it never leaves your browser. Clearing your site data removes it.
We set no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to — not because we decided you would not mind.
The trip you type in
The trip checker runs in your browser. Your flights, fares and bags are held in the page's own address so that "copy link" produces something that actually works, and the verdicts are computed on your machine from data the page already downloaded.
Today none of that reaches us, because there is no server of ours for it to reach. We expect to add server-side features later; if any of them receives what you typed, this section will say so and say what happens to it.
Worth knowing either way: because the trip lives in the URL, anyone you send that link to sees the same flights and bags. That is the point of it — but it means a link is not private, and where you paste it is your call.
Who processes your data

We do not add anything to those logs, do not read them to build a picture of you, and do not sell or share data with anyone. There is no advertising on this site and no advertising network embedded in it.
No analytics provider appears in that table because none is running. A test fails the build if one ever appears in the site without being listed here.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, data protection law gives you the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to complain to your data protection authority — in the UK, the ICO.
In practice there is very little here to exercise those rights against: we hold no record of you at all, and could not identify you if you asked. Requests about the host's own request logs go to that host, since they are the ones holding them.
We do not sell personal information, and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, under the CCPA or otherwise.
You cannot currently make any of these requests, because no contact address is published. Fixing that is the outstanding item on this page.
Children
This site is aimed at adults planning travel. It is not directed at children, and it collects nothing from anyone, of any age.
Changes
This page is generated from a single file in the site's source that records what is actually running. When analytics or server-side features are switched on there, this page changes in the same commit — it is not a reminder someone has to remember to act on.
